Overview Overview We are seeking a highly connected and results-driven Business Development Representative with a strong network in the Dallas–Fort Worth property restoration ecosystem. This is a sales-first, relationship-driven role—not an operational position. The primary objective is to generate revenue, open doors, and convert relationships into consistent deal flow, particularly across insurance-driven restoration channels. You will work directly alongside a highly motivated founder, playing a key role in establishing early traction and scaling the company’s presence in the DFW market. This role begins as a contract-to-hire engagement, with a clear path toward long-term leadership and potential partnership/equity participation for individuals who demonstrate strong performance and alignment with the company’s growth vision. This opportunity is ideal for someone who already has trusted relationships with adjusters, property managers, contractors, and commercial asset owners—and knows how to turn those relationships into revenue. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Revenue Generation (Primary Focus) Originate and close new business opportunities in water, fire, mold, and storm restoration services Leverage your existing network to generate immediate deal flow and referral opportunities Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through relationship-based selling Relationship & Network Expansion Actively engage and expand relationships with: Insurance adjusters and carriers Third-party administrators (TPAs) Property managers, HOAs, and multifamily operators General contractors, roofing companies, and trade partners Maintain a strong presence in local industry events and networking channels Market Penetration Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across commercial, multifamily, and large-loss segments Support expansion into key verticals such as healthcare, industrial, and hospitality Provide real-time feedback on market conditions and competitive dynamics Deal Ownership (Sales-Oriented) Own the sales cycle from initial introduction through contract execution Partner with internal teams for handoff post-sale, with minimal involvement in day-to-day operations Support pricing discussions and proposals for larger or strategic opportunities ⸻ What This Role Is / Is Not Is: A high-impact sales and relationship role with direct revenue responsibility Is: Focused on network monetization and business development Is Not: An operational, project management, or field execution role ⸻ Qualifications Experience 3–7+ years in business development or sales within property restoration, construction, or insurance-related services Proven ability to generate leads and close deals, ideally in the $25K–$250K+ range Strong familiarity with the DFW market and restoration landscape Network (Critical) Existing, active relationships with: Insurance adjusters and/or carriers Property managers, HOAs, or commercial real estate operators Contractors, roofers, or trade partners Demonstrated ability to convert relationships into revenue opportunities Skills Strong sales acumen and closing ability Self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven environment Ability to operate independently while collaborating with a founder-led team Clear, confident communication and relationship-building skills ⸻ Compensation Structure Contract Phase: Competitive draw and/or commission structure Commission: Aggressive, uncapped earnings tied directly to revenue generated Full-Time Conversion: Base salary + commission upon successful contract period Upside Opportunity: Path toward leadership role and potential partnership/equity participation based on performance ⸻ Why This Opportunity Stands Out Work directly with a driven founder building a high-growth restoration platform Monetize your network immediately with strong operational support behind you High degree of autonomy with direct impact on company growth Clear path to long-term upside, including leadership and partnership potential Entrepreneurial environment where performance directly translates to financial reward and influence Pay: From $60,000.00 per year Benefits Flexible schedule Work from home Work
