Business Development Representative (BDR) Tax Advisory & CFO Services About Us Titan Tax Advisors helps business owners reduce taxes, improve profitability, and understand their finances through strategic tax advisory and CFO services. We are looking for a driven and confident Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow by reaching out to business owners, starting conversations, and booking qualified strategy calls for our advisory team. ⸻ Position Overview The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for outbound prospecting and lead generation. This role focuses on cold calling business owners, identifying financial pain points, and scheduling appointments for our tax advisory and CFO services. This is not a customer service role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable talking to business owners, handling objections, and confidently leading conversations. ⸻ Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting Cold call business owners daily Follow up with leads through phone, text, and email Reach out to businesses from provided lead lists Identify decision makers and qualify prospects Appointment Setting Book qualified strategy calls for the advisory team Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows Maintain accurate notes inside CRM systems Lead Qualification Identify businesses that may benefit from: Tax planning CFO services Bookkeeping cleanup Financial strategy Understand common business owner pain points: Overpaying taxes Cash flow issues Lack of financial clarity Poor bookkeeping systems CRM & Reporting Update lead activity daily Track calls, conversations, and booked meetings Maintain pipeline organization ⸻ Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Confident on the phone Comfortable with cold calling Competitive and goal-oriented Organized and consistent Able to communicate professionally with business owners Coachable and willing to learn sales processes Motivated by performance and earning potential ⸻ Preferred Qualifications: Previous cold calling or sales experience Experience in appointment setting or lead generation Experience using CRMs (HubSpot preferred) Basic understanding of business finances is a plus Experience speaking with business owners is a plus ⸻ Compensation This is a performance-driven sales role with uncapped earning potential. Compensation options include High-commission structure for experienced sales professionals Base pay + commission structure for candidates seeking stability while developing Top performers can significantly increase earnings based on production and results.
