About the Job As a Business Development Representative , you will be responsible for introducing companies to our HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Bookkeeping, and Accounting solutions, helping them streamline operations and focus on growth. You will work closely with experienced professionals, receive hands-on training, and develop valuable skills in sales, client management, and business consulting. Duties and Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HR, Payroll, Recruitment, Bookkeeping, and Accounting services Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media Present and explain service offerings clearly to prospective clients Understand client needs and recommend appropriate service solutions Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
