About Symtrax:Symtrax is a global leader in providing innovative solutions that streamline business processes and enhance document management.With over 30 years of experience, we empower companies worldwide to achieve greater efficiency, control, and strategic insight through our robust software suite.Our flagship Compleo Invoice Platform is at the forefront of digital transformation, enabling businesses to automate complex invoice processing, ensure compliance, and optimize their financial operations.We pride ourselves on deep technical expertise, exceptional customer support, and a commitment to continuous innovation.What You'll Do:Pioneer Outreach:Be the initial point of contact for potential clients, conducting strategic outbound outreach (cold calls, personalized emails, targeted social selling) to generate new business opportunities for the Compleo Invoice Platform.Lead Generation & Sourcing:You will not be relying on inbound marketing leads.You are expected to proactively build and manage your own targeted prospect lists, utilizing tools like Apollo.io and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key stakeholders and source accurate contact data.High-Volume Outbound Activity:Execute a rigorous daily cadence of outbound activities--including a high volume of cold calls, personalized emails, and social touches--to consistently hit and exceed pipeline generation targets.Multi-Channel Campaigns:Design and execute strategic prospecting cadences using platforms like Apollo.io or ConstantContact to persistently engage hard-to-reach ICPs over time.Strategic Territory Mapping:Strategically map out and penetrate target accounts to uncover new business opportunities from the ground up.Identify Critical Pain Points:Engage with key decision-makers within finance and operations (CFOs, Controllers, AP Managers, IT Directors) to uncover their current challenges related to manual invoicing, slow approval processes, lack of visibility, and compliance concerns.Articulate Value:Clearly articulate how the Compleo Invoice Platform specifically addresses these pain points, highlighting benefits such as:Automated Invoice Capture & Processing:Reducing manual data entry and errors.Streamlined Approval Workflows:Accelerating payment cycles and enhancing control.ERP Integration Expertise:Seamless connectivity with systems like SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and more.E-invoicing Compliance:Ensuring adherence to evolving global and regional mandates.Enhanced Reporting & Analytics:Providing real-time insights into AP operations.Qualify & Convert:Skillfully qualify leads based on Symtrax's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and BANT criteria, then successfully schedule high-quality introductory meetings and product demonstrations for our seasoned Account Executives.CRM Mastery:Meticulously log and manage all sales activities, prospect interactions, and pipeline progress within our custom CRM system.Collaborate & Learn:Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth hand-offs and alignment on account strategies.Provide valuable market feedback to our Marketing and Product teams to continuously refine our approach.Become a Product Champion:Continuously deepen your expertise in the Compleo Invoice Platform, understanding its features, technical integrations, and competitive advantages in the AP automation space.What You'll Bring:3years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a similar inside sales role, specifically within a B2B SaaS environment.Strong Software Acumen:A proven understanding of the SaaS business model, cloud-based solutions, and the technical aspects of software applications.Understanding of Financial Processes:Familiarity with Accounts Payable, General Ledger, invoicing workflows, and/or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is highly preferred.Experience with SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics environments is a significant plus.Exceptional Communication:Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and build rapport with senior-level finance professionals.Goal-Oriented Drive:A highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a hunter mindset, a positive attitude, and a tenacious approach to hitting and exceeding targets.Resilience & Adaptability:Ability to navigate objections, learn from feedback, and thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.Tech Stack Proficiency:Hands-on experience with CRM software, sales engagement platforms (e.g., Apollo.io, ConstantContact, Mail Chimp), and prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Lusha, Lemlist, etc).Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).Bonus Points If You Have:Direct experience selling or prospecting for AP automation, e-invoicing, or financial document management software.A track record of consistently exceeding monthly and quarterly qualified m
