Healthcare Business Development Representative Vertus Healthcare is seeking a driven Healthcare Business Development Representative to grow our Home Health and Private Duty Nursing services. This role is responsible for building referral relationships and increasing patient census through strategic outreach to hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), discharge planners, and case managers. What Youll Do Build referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and case managers Generate new business and grow existing accounts Drive patient census through strategic outreach and in-person visits Partner with discharge planners on patient transitions Execute territory sales plans and hit growth targets What You Bring 2+ years of healthcare sales or clinical liaison experience Strong network in home health, post-acute, or hospital settings Proven ability to generate referrals and close business Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently in a field-based role Preferred Experience in Home Health, Private Duty Nursing, SNF, DME, or post-acute care Knowledge of discharge planning and referral processes Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO), 401K Career growth opportunities
