Job Description
A rapidly growing specialty construction and building services company is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to help expand client relationships and drive new business throughout the commercial real estate and facilities market. Job Overview Manage inbound service and repair opportunities from property managers, engineers, consultants, and building owners Build and grow relationships throughout the commercial real estate and facilities market Perform site visits and qualify project opportunities Coordinate with estimating and operations teams to deliver proposals quickly and accurately Drive new business through networking, prospecting, industry events, and relationship-building Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships and generate additional project work Track pipeline activity and customer interactions in CRM Represent the company professionally at networking functions and industry associations Requirements: 2–5+ years of business development, outside sales, or account management experience Construction, roofing, facilities, or commercial services sales experience highly preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and competitive Comfortable with site visits, client meetings, and field activity CRM experience preferred Ability to move quickly, follow up aggressively, and close business Additional: Strong base salary + uncapped earning potential Realistic Year 1 earnings of $95K–$100K+ Established and respected organization with a strong reputation in the industry Clear growth path into larger project sales and leadership opportunities High-visibility role with direct impact on business growth Access to major commercial property and facilities relationships across the region We’d especially like to connect with candidates from: Commercial construction sales Roofing or waterproofing HVAC / mechanical service sales Facilities services Restoration or exterior envelope work Building materials or contractor sales Property management vendor relationships If you’re hungry, relationship-driven, and motivated by building long-term client partnerships while growing your income, please apply directly to confidentially learn more.
