Job Overview Step into a role where your insights don’t just inform decisions, they shape the future of the business. As our Business Insights Leader, you’ll operate at the center of strategy, data, and execution—partnering directly with senior leadership to tackle the organization’s most complex and ambiguous challenges. This is not about reporting numbers or building dashboards. It’s about connecting the dots across data, business context, and market dynamics to uncover what’s really driving performance—and what to do about it. You’ll dive deep into critical questions around growth, pricing, market expansion, and product strategy—identifying root causes, surfacing non-obvious insights, and translating them into clear, actionable recommendations that influence direction and resource allocation. From evaluating new market opportunities to pressure-testing current strategies, your work will have a direct impact on how and where the business grows. This is a high-visibility, high-impact individual contributor role that is leadership driven with no predefined playbook. You’ll have the autonomy to define problems, shape the approach, and leverage advanced analytics and emerging AI capabilities to drive smarter, faster decisions. Responsibilities Own ad hoc, ambiguous analytical questions coming from SBU leadership, often with incomplete data and unclear starting points. Independently identify, frame, and prioritize business problems Translate complex findings into clear concise recommendations for leadership. Design and build custom operational models, possible financial models from scratch to support strategic, commercial, and operational decisions. Continuously mine disparate data sources to uncover non-obvious insights, anomalies, and drivers impacting SBU performance. Act as a thought partner to SBU leadership, challenging assumptions with data and logic. Participate in cross-functional problem solving to address the business unit’s most pressing challenges and priorities. Leverage artificial intelligence (AI) and advanced analytics tools to enhance efficiency, uncover insights to improve business growth opportunities. Partner with operations, commercial teams and finance to evaluate new business opportunities, investments, and performance improvement initiatives. Requirements 5+ years of demonstrated expertise in business analysis and generating actionable market insights 4+ years of progressive experience across data analytics, product management, and financial analysis 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including complex modeling, data manipulation, and reporting 3+ years of hands-on experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, SQL, Qlik Sense, KNIME) Core Competencies Structured Problem Solving in Ambiguity – Effectively navigates undefined environments, establishing clarity, f
