We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to drive product strategy and support business needs through data-driven insights. Responsibilities Lead complex analytical projects to enhance product strategy and decision-making. Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions for metrics, reports, and dashboards. Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify opportunities and risks within the business. Create and implement comprehensive data strategies across various platforms. Develop automated reporting solutions and self-service analytics tools. Establish data governance standards and best practices to ensure data integrity. Skills 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or a related field. Proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools for data visualization. Strong stakeholder management abilities to collaborate effectively across teams. Expertise in dimensional modeling to enhance data structures. Preferred Skills Familiarity with Airflow, CI/CD processes, and Python for data processing. Experience with Pyspark for big data processing and analysis. Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
