Skilled Nursing Facility RegalCare at Greenfield Position Type: Full-Time Salary: Competitive, based on experience + benefits Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Office Manager to oversee the daily financial and administrative operations of our skilled nursing facility. This role is essential in ensuring accurate billing, timely collections, and exceptional service to residents and their families. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of the revenue cycle, including Medicare, Medicaid, and private pay billing Oversee accounts receivable, collections, and aging reports Ensure timely and accurate claims submission and follow-up Communicate with residents and families regarding financial responsibilities Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer regulations Coordinate with admissions, nursing, and corporate teams to ensure accurate payer source information Prepare and participate in audits and financial reviews Supervise and support business office staff (if applicable) Qualifications Minimum 2+ years experience in a Business Office Manager or similar role in a skilled nursing facility Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance billing Experience with accounts receivable and collections Familiarity with billing software and EMR systems Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Why Join Us?
