Job DescriptionJob Description Overview The ideal candidate would have experience supervising, coordinating, and performing business office functions. Responsibilities Oversee management in the business office, including hiring, training, coaching, and terminating employees if deemed necessary. Conduct day-to-day operation of Business office including: managing Budgets, Records, or etc. Prepare and deliver monthly billing statements for each resident. Maintain vital statistics within the facility (Census, discharges, admits, deaths, transfers, etc) Monitor and manage the accounts receivables collection process. Verify Resident Trust is accurately reported. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Relevant Experience working in a Long Term Care environment. 1-2 years of Supervisory/Management experience High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality.
