OverviewWay Maker Offroad is seeking a Office Manager Integrator to lead the administrative side of our operations.This role involves consistent phone answering and is the front line communication with customer engagement and interaction.Management of the work schedule, and communication of Technicians needs.Management of inventory, ordering, shipping & receiving, taking payments, building orders, managing invoicing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations with the help of the Supervisor.The ideal candidate will be persistent, a learner, one who takes responsibility and ownership of there role, an exceptional communicator, with a passion for customer and team relationships, creating an efficient workflow that supports the team's success.Come join a productive and knowledgeable team in an environment where teaching and learning are key through love and support.Where quality over quantity and peace of mind rule our way and drive growth and development forward.Pay is Salary based on a 40hr work week 600wkpossible.There is also a gross sales performance based commission structure.Monday-Friday 8-4:30/5 with a half or 1 hour lunch depending on your needs and schedule.Responsibilities Oversee daily office functions, front desk operations, phone calls, and schedule management to create efficient work flow.Operate CRM software to maintain schedule, customer information, ROs, Invoices and parts orders within it.Manage inventory, shipping and receiving, coordination of repairs such as information, customer questions, supplies and equipment needed for work flow.Handle office house-keeping, parts room organization, office cleanup, trash, office inventory Maintain your filing systems--both digital and physical--and ensure accuracy of information Build out documents and spreadsheets as needed for operational and organizational needs Skills Experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.Experience with teamwork and the management and communication of information effectively.Proficiency with computer systems CRMs, docs, spreadsheets and cloud based systems.Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer relations to build relationships.Experience in digital schedule management, and multiple inputs in a fully engaged environments.Strong desire to persist with challenges, learn, grow and take extreme ownership of your role.Experience in the automotive, technical, maintenance, repair or mechanical fields are a plus but not a must.Job Type:Full-time Pay:$600.00 - $1,200.00 per week Benefits:401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Paid time off Professional development assistance Work Location:In person.
