Role Description This is a full-time, onsite role based in South Plainfield, NJ, for a Business Operations Executive specializing in HR, Accounting, and Sales Support. The role involves managing HR operations, including employee relations and policy implementation, ensuring compliance with accounting practices and supporting sales teams with administrative and operational tasks. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, coordinate processes, and contribute to overall organizational efficiency. Qualifications Proficiency in HR Management, including HR Operations, Employee Relations, and HR Policies Strong understanding of Human Resources principles and practices Experience in coordinating accounting and financial administrative tasks Ability to provide operational support to sales teams, ensuring smooth workflow Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Proficiency in using HR and accounting software is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field Previous experience in a similar role is strongly preferred
