As our project volume and complexity increase, we are strengthening our internal infrastructure to support sustainable growth. We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to build and oversee the company’s administrative and compliance foundation. What You’ll Own Employment documentation and HR administrative processes Compliance filings (including SAM.gov and related registrations) IT and software vendor coordination Vendor contracts and renewals Office and warehouse administrative logistics Documentation systems and internal standards Administrative follow-through and compliance tracking What This Role Does Creates organized, scalable infrastructure Builds clarity and consistency across documentation and vendor management Reduces administrative interruption to leadership Strengthens internal systems to support growth Ideal Candidate Highly organized and systems-minded Experienced in business operations or administrative leadership Comfortable managing compliance and vendor coordination Calm, structured, and proactive Interested in long-term operational growth Position Details Location: Spokane, WA Full Time: On-Site M-F: 8:30a-5:00p About Contract Design We are a full-service MillerKnoll dealership serving eastern Washington and northern Idaho.
