For more information, visit www.hawaiienergy.com The Challenge: The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for driving a culture of accountability, success and goal achievement for the business team and throughout the organization while supporting also the team's development and leadership. Under the direction of the Executive Director, and in collaboration with the existing Business Management team, the Business Operations Manager will: Oversee forecast and data management to support performance goal attainment, metrics and directives required by the Public Utilities Commission (PUC). Coach and assist Energy Advisor staff in the areas of prospecting, relationship building, needs identification, probability assessments, pipeline management, and need fulfillment.
