A recognized services company in New Jersey is actively seeking a new Business Process Excellence Manager (Oracle EPM, R2R) to focus on optimizing financial planning, consolidation, and reporting.About the Opportunity:Schedule:Monday to FridayHours:9am to 5pmSetting:Remote (Must work EST)Responsibilities:Analyze and optimize the R2R process using Oracle EPM and local ERP systems like JD Edwards, Adage, Infor M3, and SoftlinePartner with the Information Technology team to ensure seamless integration of Oracle EPM solutions with local ERP systems to streamline financial reporting and closing processesCollaborate with finance and IT teams to align Oracle EPM and local ERP tools with R2R best practicesDevelop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to the R2R cycle across multiple ERP platformsProvide training and support on Oracle EPM and local ERP systems for R2R processesStay updated on the latest Oracle EPM developments and incorporate them into the R2R strategyPartner with IT and Finance to implement enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and optimize system performanceEnsure compliance with internal controls, SOX requirements, and audit standardsQualifications:3years of relevant work experienceBachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related fieldProven experience with Oracle EPMFamiliarity with local ERP systems like JD Edwards, Adage, Infor M3, and SoftlineStrong analytical skills andExperience in financial process improvement across multiple ERP platformsSolid analytical and research skillsGreat interpersonal skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detailHighly organizedDesired Skills:Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, and/or a related fieldCertifications in Oracle EPM or related systems.
