Senior Talent Acquisition Partner 📍 Boston (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) We're partnering with a highly regarded global law firm to hire a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across business professionals and legal populations. This is an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter looking to transition in-house while staying close to the relationship-driven side of recruiting. Or a corporate recruiter with agency experience looking for their next role. What You'll Do: Own full-cycle recruiting across business professional roles and select attorney searches Partner closely with hiring leaders as a trusted advisor on talent strategy and market insights Drive proactive sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools Manage multiple searches in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Deliver a high-touch, best-in-class candidate experience Support campus hiring (summer associates) and broader talent initiatives What We're Looking For: 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency background preferred) Experience recruiting within professional services, legal, or corporate functions Strong sourcing and candidate assessment skills Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Interest in transitioning into an in-house, relationship-focused recruiting role The Opportunity: Join a collaborative, down-to-earth team with strong leadership Exposure to a mix of business and legal recruiting (training provided if needed) Hybrid schedule (Tues-Thurs onsite) with flexibility Competitive base ($98K-$125K) + bonus + strong benefits package If you're someone who enjoys the people side of recruiting but wants to step away from business development, this is a fantastic next move.
