Position Overview AssistRx is seeking a Reporting Business Analyst to support the development of operational and client-facing reporting across our patient support and therapy access platforms. This role serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, translating reporting and analytics needs into clear technical requirements. The analyst will gather reporting requirements, document detailed user stories, create JIRA tickets, and work closely with developers to ensure reports are built accurately. The ideal candidate understands Salesforce data structures, is comfortable working with reporting and operational data, and has experience supporting patient access programs, pharmaceutical hubs, or drug manufacturer reporting environments. Key ResponsibilitiesRequirements Gathering & Documentation Partner with internal teams and external pharmaceutical clients to gather and document reporting requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories, technical requirements, and acceptance criteria. Create and manage JIRA tickets for development teams to build reports and dashboards. Salesforce Reporting Support Work with stakeholders to define reporting needs using Salesforce data and operational program data.
