Position Summary Gelfand, Rennert & Feldman is seeking a Business Services Administrator with mailroom experience to join our team of dedicated professionals. The Business Services Administrator will be responsible for aiding with all mailroom processes, as well as general operational support. This position is based fully in-office out of Century City, CA. Primary Responsibilities Receive shipments from various couriers Scan, file, and distribute mail Pick up and route mail to appropriate locations Assist with off-site storage files Make trips to bank and other off-site locations Distribute and maintain stock of office supplies Restock mail drops Other projects and duties as assigned Qualifications 5+ years working in a corporate office mailroom or similar role Experience scanning mail or documents High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required Excellent communication skills (in person, on the phone, and via email) Strong computer skills including, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) A team player with high attention to detail, especially when working on multiple tasks or assignments with competing deadlines This is a non-exempt, overtime eligible position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $5 0 ,000 - $55,000 . Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location where work will be performed, and the applicant's skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
