We're a leading partner of AT&T, providing top-tier business communication solutions to organizations of all sizes.As a trusted provider of AT&T's business services, we're committed to delivering reliable, innovative products that empower businesses to stay connected and competitive in an ever-evolving marketplace.Join our dynamic team and be part of a company that's shaping the future of business communications.Position Overview:We're looking for a highly motivated Business Solutions Rep to join our team in University Place, WA.This B2B sales role focuses on promoting AT&T's suite of business solutions, including mobile services, internet, cloud, and unified communications.You'll build strong client relationships, drive revenue, and help businesses thrive by delivering customized, cutting-edge solutions.Key Responsibilities:Prospect and generate new business leads by identifying potential B2B clients in the Round Rock and Austin area.Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective business customers.Present and promote AT&T's comprehensive business solutions, including mobile, internet, and cloud services.Work closely with clients to create tailored solutions that meet their specific business needs and goals.Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.Stay up-to-date on AT&T product offerings, industry trends, and competitor services.Qualifications:2years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in telecommunications, technology, or similar industries.Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.Familiarity with AT&T's business solutions or similar products is a plus.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.Benefits:Competitive base salary with uncapped commission.Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.401(k) with company match.Paid time off and holidays.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Flexible work options.How to Apply:If you're ready to take your B2B sales career to the next level and represent a leading brand in business communication, we want to hear from you!
