Role Description This is a part-time, remote position for a Business Specialist. The role will involve collaborating with small businesses to assess their needs and present tailored legal and identity protection solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include business planning, customer consultations, building valuable client relationships, and providing efficient support. You will work closely with team members and customers to deliver high-quality services with a primary focus on professionalism and client satisfaction. Qualifications Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating client needs and delivering customized solutions Experience in Business Planning and business development processes Strong skills and knowledge in Business management and strategy Effective Communication skills, including listening, writing, and presenting Exceptional Customer Service skills with a customer-centric approach Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time capacity Prior experience with legal or identity protection services is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
