Busser (Full-Time / Part-Time) Dumpling U – Fresno, CA Dumpling U is a busy dine-in Chinese restaurant specializing in soup dumplings, noodles, and authentic Chinese comfort food. We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and team-oriented Bussers to support our front-of-house operations. Responsibilities: Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of dining room, service stations, and restaurant common areas Refill water, condiments, napkins, and other guest necessities Assist servers with food running when needed Help maintain clean restrooms and restaurant appearance throughout shift Support front-of-house team to ensure smooth and efficient service Take out trash and assist with end-of-day cleaning duties Qualifications: Restaurant experience preferred, but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift during long shifts Strong work ethic and positive attitude Team player with good communication skills Reliable, punctual, and responsible Weekend and holiday availability preferred What We Offer: Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling (Full-Time / Part-Time available) Opportunities for growth within the company Friendly and supportive team environment Schedule: Day shift Night shift Weekends required If you are dependable, hardworking, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d love to meet you!
