Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a , Food Runner, and Host, where your energy and hospitality skills will create memorable dining experiences for our guests. In this multifaceted role, you’ll serve as the welcoming face of our restaurant, ensuring smooth food delivery, assisting with food presentation and handling, and providing exceptional guest service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively, friendly atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Assist servers by delivering food promptly from the kitchen to tables while maintaining proper food handling procedures Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when needed, ensuring food safety standards are met Clear tables efficiently by bussing dishes and resetting for new guests to maintain cleanliness and flow Manage the flow of orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate billing and order tracking Help coordinate seating arrangements and manage waitlists to optimize guest experience and restaurant efficiency Provide excellent guest services by answering questions about menu items, restaurant amenities, and special requests with clear communication skills Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments preferred; experience with serving, bussing, or food handling is highly valued Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests in a lively, energetic manner Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Experience with banquet service or hotel hospitality can be advantageous but is not required Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you’re passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences through energetic service, teamwork, and culinary support.
