Busser/Food Runner

The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders. Communicate effectively with servers and management regarding order status and guest needs. Handle food items safely and adhere to food handling guidelines. Support catering events as needed, ensuring high standards of service are maintained. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Maintain a positive attitude while working under pressure during busy service periods. Skills Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in cleaning and maintaining dining areas for optimal guest experience. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented atmosphere. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with guests and staff. Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation is beneficial. Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus.
