Job SummaryWe are seeking a friendly and efficient Busser/Food Runner to join our dynamic restaurant team.This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service by ensuring the cleanliness of dining areas, assisting servers, and delivering food promptly to guests.The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and experience in food service environments.This position offers an opportunity to grow within the hospitality industry while contributing to a positive dining experience for our guests.Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the dining area Assist servers by bussing tables and delivering food orders promptly and accurately Handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures during delivery Maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including wiping down surfaces and restocking supplies as needed Support kitchen staff with basic catering or food prep tasks when required Ensure guest satisfaction through attentive service and prompt response to requests Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Uphold high standards of hygiene, safety, and hospitality throughout all duties Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required Familiarity with food handling, serving, and bussing procedures is advantageous Experience working in hotels or the food industry demonstrates strong customer service skills Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members effectively A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn are highly valued qualities for this role Pay:$14.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Work Location:In person.
