The original Gino's East was opened by two taxi drivers who after driving up and down the Magnificent Mile, believe that a hit pizza spot right off this busy stretch of road would be a success, and they were right! What we are looking for: We are actively seeking and interviewing servers looking to be a part of a diverse, fun and supporting team. Who have a friendly and welcoming personality, are detailed oriented, and have strong sense of responsibility. While experience is preferred, we are happy to train the right personalities . If you love the rush, work through the downtime, and stay calm when things go wrong, we want you in our team! What you need: Minimum 1 year of food serving experience Must be at least 21 years old Great work ethic, good listening skills and follows instructions Knowledge about craft beer, wines, and basic cocktails The ability to consistently deliver high-quality guest experiences, and strive to create a memorable experience What makes you great: You are a team player; you’re always willing to give and ask for help You are true to the belief of amazing service and offering the best hospitality. You have experience in a fast paced and high-volume environment. You have flexibility and availability to work afternoon, nights, holidays and/or weekends.
