Busser - Local Candidates Preferred Department: Food and Beverage Employment Type: Seasonal - Full Time Location: Fairbanks Princess Riverside Lodge Description Service Excellence. Performance. Integrity. Teamwork. Consistency. Innovation. Our bussers play a key role to the success of our food and beverage team. You help ensure that the restaurant area is clean, sanitized and reset throughout the day. This role adheres to all relevant quality, food health, and sanitation principles from the state as well as the company's own internal standards. No Company Subsidized Housing Available Keeping tables clean, sanitized and ready for new guests. Move dirty dishes and glasses to proper locations throughout the restaurant. Help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant. Communicate with front of house staff what tables are clean or what might be needed. Communicate with kitchen staff of what products you need. Contribute effectively to a positive guest experience while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance. REQUIREMENTS Must have or be able to obtain an Alaska Food Handler's Card. May have to obtain a valid alcohol safety card for the State of Alaska. Must pass a pre-employment background check. Minimum age of 18 years required to serve alcohol in the State of Alaska.
