Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic busser to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. As a Busser you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service. Your ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with both the kitchen staff and front-of-house team will be essential for maintaining our high standards of hospitality. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, through bussing and clearing tables Ensure that the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming for guests at all times. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests. Assist in food preparation when necessary, adhering to safety and sanitation standards. Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred but not required. Familiarity with banquet service or food preparation is a plus. Ability to operate POS systems; experience with Aloha POS is advantageous. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
