Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Busser/Runner, where your energy and enthusiasm will elevate the dining experience for every guest. In this vital role, you’ll support the service staff by ensuring tables are clean, well-stocked, and ready for new guests. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will help create a seamless, enjoyable atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Duties Clear and reset tables swiftly to maintain a clean and inviting dining area Assist servers by delivering food and beverages efficiently to enhance guest satisfaction Refill water glasses, condiments, and other table essentials promptly Ensure food safety standards are upheld during food handling and service processes Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed Maintain cleanliness in service stations, dining areas, and surrounding spaces Communicate effectively with team members using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to ensure accurate order delivery Assist with bussing tables after meals and during peak hours to optimize table turnover Provide exceptional guest services by responding promptly to guest needs and inquiries Skills Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Strong knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and sanitation standards Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order management Experience in banquet settings or hotel hospitality enhances your versatility Excellent communication skills to coordinate smoothly with team members and guests Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations is a plus Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and guest satisfaction Understanding of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Hospitality background, including guest services experience, is advantageous Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by supporting our team with enthusiasm and professionalism.
