OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and personable busser to join our team at Stoney Creek Inn.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing excellent customer service.This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting the smooth operation of food service or hospitality establishments, including restaurants, catering services, hotels, or similar settings.Prior experience in food handling, serving, or related fields is highly valued and will contribute to success in this role.Duties Greet and assist guests or customers in a friendly and professional manner Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation Buss tables and ensure dining areas are clean and organized during and after service Handle food with care, adhering to safety and sanitation standards Assist with food preparation or kitchen duties as needed, including basic food handling tasks Maintain cleanliness of service areas, including counters, utensils, and equipment Communicate effectively with team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery Support catering events or special functions by setting up and breaking down service stations Experience Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety standards Experience working in hotels or the food industry is a plus Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Customer service experience that demonstrates professionalism and a positive attitude This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the food industry and hospitality who thrive in team-oriented environments.Applicants should be reliable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to providing exceptional guest experiences.Job Type:Part-time Pay:$15.00 - $25.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
