We are currently looking for a dependable, energetic, and team-oriented Busser to join our fast-paced restaurant team. BusserPosition Overview As a Busser, you will play an essential role in supporting our servers and kitchen staff while helping maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dining environment. The ideal candidate works well in a high-energy setting, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to providing excellent guest experiences. Responsibilities Quickly and efficiently clear, clean, and reset tables Assist servers with delivering water, bread, food, and guest requests Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining room, patio, and service stations Refill ice, glassware, condiments, and supplies as needed Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations Assist with opening and closing side work duties Maintain clean floors, tables, chairs, and guest areas at all times Follow all food safety, sanitation, and restaurant cleanliness standards Provide friendly and professional interactions with guests and staff Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Qualifications Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy restaurant environment Strong communication skills and willingness to assist wherever needed Reliable, punctual, and hardworking Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry throughout shifts Restaurant experience is preferred but not required — willing to train motivated individuals What We Offer Flexible scheduling Friendly, family-oriented work environment Fast-paced and energetic atmosphere Opportunities for growth within the restaurant Employee dining discounts Location Testo's Restaurant & Banquets To apply, please submit your resume or stop in to fill out an application in person.
