They support the service team by clearing tables, resetting stations, and ensuring that guests experience a clean, comfortable, and well-prepared dining environment at all times. Key Responsibilities Support servers and hosts by clearing and resetting tables quickly and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness in the dining room, patio, lounge, and service stations. Refill water glasses, bread service, and other guest needs as directed by servers. Ensure proper setup of tables and sections at the beginning of each shift. Help restock server stations with glassware, silverware, napkins, and other supplies. Assist with carrying food, clearing plates, and communicating guest needs to the team. Follow all sanitation and safety procedures for dishware and dining room upkeep. Perform opening and closing side work and cleaning duties. Communicate effectively with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service. Move with urgency, awareness, and attention to detail during busy shifts. Skills & Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. Energetic and team-oriented with a strong work ethic. Ability to move quickly and stay organized under pressure. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods. Must have (or obtain) a current Arizona Food Handler’s Card. Work Environment & Expectations Maintain a clean, polished appearance and follow uniform guidelines. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Willingness to take direction and be proactive. Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Respect teammates and take pride in keeping the restaurant looking sharp.
