Demand is growing rapidly as we actively recruit Buyer, Procurement, and Supply Chain talent to support clients in Long Island within the Aerospace and Manufacturing sectors. Regulated supply chains (ISO, AS9100, FAR/DFARS, ITAR-related environments preferred) - Domestic and international supplier management - Long-lead, custom, or engineered components (electronics, precision mechanical, RF assemblies, high-voltage hardware) Who We’re Looking For (Flexible by Level) Early Career: 1–2 years’ experience in buying, purchasing, supply chain, or manufacturing support - General knowledge of business operations and procurement processes - Strong Excel, data analysis, and attention to detail - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related preferred - 3–8+ years’ experience in buyer, procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles - Exposure to negotiated pricing, supplier agreements, and demand planning 8+ years’ progressive procurement or supply chain experience - Strong analytical and systems proficiency, including purchasing platforms, Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs), and ERP #Actual compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated project leadership background.
