About the role: CLA is looking to hire a Controller with Technology Industry experience, for our Client Accounting & Advisory Services ( CAAS ) practice, based out of any of our CLA office locations. As a Controller, you will help our clients transform their business with a collaborative approach that allows them to seamlessly mitigate risk, overcome challenges, meet deadlines, and identify personnel to help them with their workforce needs. Primary Responsibilities... Develop full knowledge of GAAP (FASB/SFAS) and deep understanding of financial and operational aspects of the technology industry. Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash and credit management, and accounting. Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, procurements, or investment activities for all or part of an organization. Prepare financial information. Prepare, or direct preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, financial position forecasts, budgets, or reports required by regulatory agencies.
