About GoldenHome Cabinet Southeast GoldenHome Cabinetry Southeast is the authorized regional distributor for GoldenHome (SH:603180), a publicly traded global manufacturer of premium European-style frameless cabinetry. Operating from a new 46,000+ SF Class A distribution and showroom facility in Pineville (Charlotte metro), we serve cabinet dealers, kitchen and bath designers, general contractors, and home builders across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. As GoldenHome’s first distribution point in the Southeast, we are building a high-growth team to support our August 2026 launch and beyond. Role Overview The Cabinet Assembler is responsible for assembling ready-to-assemble (RTA) cabinet components, building and maintaining the GoldenHome showroom displays that drive dealer and designer sales, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager and logistics team, the Assembler is a hands-on craftsperson whose attention to detail directly impacts product quality, customer satisfaction, and our reputation in the Carolinas market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Cabinet assembly: Assemble RTA cabinet boxes, doors, drawer fronts, and hardware in accordance with GoldenHome manufacturer specifications, technical drawings, and customer order requirements. Showroom builds: Construct, install, maintain, and refresh showroom display cabinets and full kitchen/bath vignettes; ensure displays consistently represent the GoldenHome brand at the highest standard. Receiving inspection: Inspect inbound container shipments for damage, defects, missing components, or finish inconsistencies; document and report discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager. Quality control: Perform pre-delivery quality checks on assembled units, including hardware function, door alignment, finish integrity, and labeling accuracy. Warehouse support: Assist the warehouse team with receiving, staging, palletizing, and organizing inventory; help maintain SKU integrity in storage locations. Tools & equipment: Operate hand tools, cordless drills, drivers, clamps, and assembly equipment safely and accurately; maintain tools in good working order. Safety & housekeeping: Keep the assembly area clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA standards and Company safety policies; report hazards immediately. Continuous improvement: Contribute ideas to improve assembly efficiency, reduce damage rates, and refine showroom presentation. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent (GED). Ability to read, interpret, and follow assembly diagrams, exploded views, and written work instructions. Proficiency with hand tools, power drills/drivers, and standard assembly equipment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering work that meets premium-brand quality standards. Ability to communicate clearly with the Warehouse Manager and team members in English (verbal and written). Reliable attendance and punctuality. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS One (1) or more years of experience assembling cabinets, casegoods, RTA furniture, or millwork. Familiarity with European-style frameless cabinet construction (e.g., Blum, Grass, or Hettich hardware systems). Prior experience building retail or showroom displays. Basic forklift or pallet jack experience (forklift certification a plus; training will be provided). PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT Regularly lift, carry, and position cabinet components and hardware up to 50 lbs; occasionally up to 75 lbs with assistance. Stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, and use hands for fine manipulation throughout an 8-hour shift. Work is performed primarily indoors in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment; temperatures may vary seasonally. Exposure to typical warehouse conditions, including dust, noise from power tools and material-handling equipment, and forklift traffic. Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety glasses, closed-toe steel- or composite-toe footwear, and gloves where applicable. Why Join GoldenHome Cabinetry Southeast? First-mover advantage: You will be building the only GoldenHome distribution point in the Carolinas with no existing competition from the brand in this region Premium product: GoldenHome’s European-style frameless line fills a real gap in the Charlotte market for high-quality, competitively priced modern cabinetry How to Apply Submit a resume and a b
