OverviewWhispering Pines Woodcraft LLC is a locally owned custom cabinet and countertop company serving the Finger Lakes region.We specialize in high-quality custom cabinetry, entertainment centers, and granite and quartz countertop installations.Our reputation is built on craftsmanship, attention to detail, and delivering exceptional results to our clients.Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Cabinet & Countertop Installer to join our team full-time.This role involves delivering and installing custom cabinetry and stone countertops in residential and commercial settings.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in their work.Responsibilities Install custom cabinets, face frames, doors, drawers, and hardware Install granite, quartz, and natural stone countertops, including seam work and sink cutouts Read and interpret shop drawings and installation plans Coordinate with clients on-site to ensure a smooth and professional installation experience Work closely with the shop team to ensure proper fit and finish Perform field adjustments and touch-ups as needed Transport and stage materials from shop to job site safely Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in cabinet installation, countertop installation, or finish carpentry Experience working with granite, quartz, or natural stone preferred Strong understanding of cabinet construction and installation techniques Proficient with hand tools, power tools, levels, and wet saws Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and professional in customer-facing environments Valid driver's license required Conduct heavy lifting of materials and components while adhering to safety standards to prevent injury Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Full-time, steady year-round work Family-oriented work environment Opportunity for growth within a reputable local business Work on high-end custom projects Join us in delivering top-tier craftsmanship that transforms spaces!
