Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cabinet Maker to join our dynamic construction and renovation team. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting, assembling, and installing custom cabinets and woodwork with precision and craftsmanship. Responsibilities Measure, cut, assemble, and install custom cabinets, countertops, and wood fixtures using hand tools and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and installation Perform framing, metal stud framing, drywall finishing, and trim carpentry as needed for cabinetry projects Handle heavy lifting safely while managing materials on-site during installation or fabrication processes Conduct restoration work including water damage remediation, plastering, stucco application, siding repairs, and mold remediation when required Utilize CNC machines for precise fabrication of cabinet components and other woodworking projects Install fixtures such as doors, hardware, caulking, flooring, tile work, and electrical components related to cabinetry or remodeling projects Experience Proven experience in carpentry with a focus on cabinet making or woodworking projects Knowledge of construction estimating, blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and fabrication techniques Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and metal stud framing Familiarity with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting procedures Industry experience in restoration or remodeling including flooring installation, tile laying, plumbing, electrical work or masonry is a plus Ability to work independently or as part of a team on complex projects requiring attention to detail and craftsmanship excellence Strong communication skills to collaborate with project managers and clients effectively Join us to craft beautiful spaces with your woodworking expertise!
