Job Summary The Design Services CAD Technician is responsible for creating, maintaining and coordinating design information using computer aided design (CAD). Effectively communicates with the Director of Design Services, internal construction project managers, clinical user groups, engineers, field staff, technical staff, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and contractors. Provides internal and external coordination and collaboration with project partners and stakeholders. This position reports to the Director of Design Services and collaborates closely with the Construction Services and Facilities departments. This position uses AutoCAD and CAD software, transforming concepts and specifications into precise technical drawings that serve as contract documents for construction, production, and infrastructure development.
