Cafe & Guest Experience Team Lead Hudson Baking Co. | Kuna, Idaho Part-Time At Hudson Bakery we are not just serving bread. We are welcoming people into our story. This role is for someone who genuinely loves people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that thoughtful hospitality drives strong sales and meaningful connection. You are responsible for Creating a warm, welcoming environment from the moment someone walks in Educating guests on our long-fermented sourdough process and clean ingredients Guiding customers toward products they will love Increasing sales through genuine recommendations and upselling Maintaining an organized, beautiful, and spotless cafe space Working efficiently while keeping energy high and positive We do not believe in passive service.
