Cafe & Kitchen Support Team Member

We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and customer-focused team member to join our café and charcuterie team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a positive attitude, and is comfortable multitasking throughout the shift. We are not looking for “just a cashier” — we need someone who is willing to support different areas of the business and work as part of a strong team. Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service Greeting customers and taking orders Operating the register/POS system Preparing charcuterie boards and sandwiches Making coffee and other beverages Restocking products and keeping the workspace organized Assisting with opening and closing duties Helping maintain cleanliness throughout the café and kitchen Supporting the team during busy hours and peak service times Requirements: Must speak and understand English fluently Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Must be dependable, organized, and proactive Positive attitude and team-player mentality Ability to multitask and adapt quickly Food service, café, or hospitality experience is a plus Pay: From $18.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Paid training Work Location: In person
