Cafe Lead Barista

Harder Day Coffee Company seeks a seasoned coffee professional to fill the role of Cafe Lead at our Woodstock location. This busy and buzzy Cafe is full of life and serves a wonderful community. Ideal candidates will possess the following attributes: Extensive craft coffee experience, specifically with fully manual espresso machines. A warm, open sense of hospitality, and the desire to be the gold standard for customer service in the cafe. Creative problem solving skills and the ability to communicate issues in a timely manner. Experience with taking inventory counts, understanding how to manage pars and how to place orders that suit the cafes needs. A passion for training and coaching teammates to reach their highest potential in coffee. Full weekend availability, with some evening availibility requested. A basically understanding of managing a cafes cost of goods proactively. An understanding of how to increase sales and come up with new initiatives to drive sales. This is a full time, tipped position that will be scheduled 30-40 hours per week.
