Café Manager

Cafe Manager – Quapaw Baths & Spa Quapaw Baths & Spa is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Café Manager to independently operate our small in-house café located inside our historic bathhouse and spa. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the café, including preparing drinks and light food items, maintaining cleanliness and organization, monitoring inventory, and providing excellent customer service to spa guests and visitors. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, and creating a welcoming experience in a relaxed hospitality environment. A backup team member may assist during busy periods or days off, but the Café Manager is primarily responsible for the overall operation and presentation of the café. Responsibilities Independently operate daily café functions Prepare coffee, smoothies, beverages, and light café items Provide friendly and professional guest service Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and dining area Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs Handle opening and closing responsibilities Restock products and maintain displays Work closely with management and other departments as needed Qualifications: Previous café, food service, or hospitality experience preferred Self-motivated and dependable Ability to work independently and stay organized Friendly personality with strong customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Weekend availability required Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour Benefits Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
