What We’re Looking For Our Facilities team is seeking an experienced Food Services Director to direct kitchen operations. The TicketNetwork kitchen serves an employee population of over 200 on a daily basis and is responsible for preparing hot and cold meal options daily. This role will be responsible for managing, and insuring the completion of, day-to-day and weekly kitchen goals, workforce planning and scheduling, vendor management, and strategic planning for our dining services. Ideal candidates will possess experience in managing the operations of a high volume kitchen, in working directly with vendors and pricing out the best options for procurement, and in team management. The ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment is key. This is a full‑time, permanent position with excellent benefits and a welcoming, team‑focused work environment. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Kitchen operations oversight, including team management and inspection/maintenance of kitchen facility Menu planning Maintain budget for kitchen operations in relation to vendor management Facilitate orders for food and kitchen items Team oversight including staff scheduling and strategic workforce planning Participate and training and supervision of new and existing staff Prepare and review budget documentation for accuracy Required Skills Strong leadership skills Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Ability to evaluate contracts and make decisions on what is cost effective Required Experience ServSafe certification At least 3 years of experience working in kitchen operations Exposure to a high volume kitchen environment Required Education. Associate Degree in Business, Hospitality or Related Fields. Required Certification.
