Cafe & Market Team Members

Morgan’s Cafe & Market is hiring for multiple positions at our Chinden Campus location in Boise. We are building a team oriented café and cafeteria operation focused on customer service, quality food, coffee service, grab and go options, and catering support in a professional campus environment. Positions may include Lead Barista Barista & Beverage Service Food Prep & Baking Support Grill & Kitchen Support Cashier & Customer Service Catering Support This is a cross trained team environment where staff work together across multiple areas of the operation. Team members should be comfortable helping where needed throughout the day, including customer service, food prep, stocking, cashiering, cleaning, and general kitchen support. Starting pay generally ranges from $16 to $22 per hour depending on experience, position, and leadership responsibilities.
