Front Counter & Kitchen Team Members Bella Flan – Richardson, TX Bella Flan is a growing Cuban bakery and café in Richardson, and we’re looking for friendly, dependable team members to join us as we expand. We are hiring for both front counter and kitchen positions. No experience is required — we’re happy to train the right person. Positions Available Front Counter Team Member Starting pay: $10/hour plus tips Responsibilities may include Greeting customers with a warm, friendly attitude Taking orders and helping customers with menu questions Preparing Cuban coffee and café drinks Packaging pastries, desserts, and food orders Keeping the front counter clean, organized, and welcoming Kitchen Team Member Starting pay: $13/hour Responsibilities may include Helping prepare sandwiches, pastries, desserts, and bakery items Following recipes and food safety standards Keeping the kitchen clean and organized Supporting the bakery and café team during busy periods Who We’re Looking For Friendly, reliable, and positive Willing to learn Able to work well with a team Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Flexible availability preferred Part-time and full-time positions available Flexible scheduling available, including around school schedules Why Join Bella Flan?
