Company OverviewA Little Cake bakery is nestled in Park Ridge, New Jersey, renowned for crafting high-quality baked goods using the finest ingredients.Our expert bakers create a diverse array of desserts, including wedding cakes, sculpted and specialty cakes, pies, pastries, cookies, and custom desserts for all occasions.We also serve wholesale clients such as hotels, country clubs, banquet halls, and restaurants.We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cake Assembly and Frosting Technician to join our team.This role focuses on filling, icing, and stacking cakes to a high standard of quality and consistency.The ideal candidate has experience working with buttercream and fondant and takes pride in producing clean, polished work.Responsibilities:Fill, ice, and stack cakes according to company standards Smooth and finish cakes using buttercream and fondant Ensure cakes are level, cleanly iced, and structurally sound Maintain consistency in design execution and quality Work efficiently to meet daily production goals Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Assist with general bakery tasks as needed Qualifications:Experience working with buttercream and fondant (required) Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Ability to follow instructions and replicate designs consistently Join our team to help create stunning desserts that delight our customers!
