Latitude is seeking a civil defense litigation lawyer barred in California to join a national law firm with offices near San Francisco, CA on a full-time, permanent basis. Interested candidates should have at least 7 years of experience handling personal injury defense litigation. Excellent academic credentials, written and oral advocacy skills are a must. Prior trial experience is a plus, but not required. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing in California. This is a remote position but candidates should live in California to attend court appearances and depositions as needed. Requirements For The California Defense Litigation Attorney (Permanent/Remote) 7+ years of civil defense litigation experience, specifically personal injury defense Licensed to practice and in good standing in California J.D. from an accredited law school and excellent academic credentials Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, professional law firm setting Excellent written and oral advocacy skills Position Details Of The California Defense Litigation Attorney (Permanent/Remote) Type of Role: Permanent Schedule: Full-time Location: Remote (must reside in California) Compensation Pay: The salary range for this role is $165,000 to $215,000. This position is also eligible for bonuses and equity compensation. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
