Key Responsibilities Independently manage complex insurance defense files from inception through resolution Lead litigation strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation Serve as day-to-day lead attorney on assigned matters and mentor junior attorneys Required Qualifications Active California Bar license required 8+ years of insurance defense / civil litigation experience Meaningful trial experience and courtroom exposure is necessary Ability to independently lead and manage litigation files Experience in deposition, motion practice, and strategic case management
