Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our dynamic team.In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.Your primary responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their interaction with our company.The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Duties Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner.Provide accurate information regarding products and services to enhance customer satisfaction.Assist with sales by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required.Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client services.Conduct outbound calls for follow-ups or promotional purposes as needed.Uphold high standards of phone etiquette while communicating with customers.Utilize Microsoft Office applications and other software tools effectively to manage tasks.LEASE REVIEW SKILLS REQUIRED BELOW:-Two (2) years of healthcare experience working in Patient Access or Revenue Cycle department, physician office, healthcare insurance company, and/or other revenue cycle related roles required. EPIC Experience required - must know how to schedule in EPIC! Experience answering multi-line and high-volume telephone calls in a healthcare call center environment Years of Experience (minimum):2 years Job Type:Contract Pay:$24.00 - $27.00 per hour Work Location:In person.
