GetAways Resort Management is looking for great customer service representatives to assist speaking members in booking dream vacations! Paid Training starts March 9, 2026.Our Member Services Agents are responsible for listening to our members' needs, find them a great place to take a vacation and get them there.You will be booking trips, solving customer challenges, and educating folks on the best way to manage their member benefits.Our Concierge Agents are a team of customer service pros that are all about good energy, a positive attitude, and a real desire to help folks out.Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Create reservations, take same day reservations as necessary and future reservations following property's rate structures, discounts, and sell strategies. Assist Members in all inquiries in connection with reservations, exchanges, etc. Cancel room reservations according to policies and procedures Answer incoming calls as needed and transfer to appropriate departments. Make outbound calls to Members helping them plan their vacations. All employees having are expected to have Exceptional Service skills in all communications and services. Must be well informed about the resort(s) and community attractions Essential Skills/Abilities: Maintain a positive professional image at all times when representing the Company. Exhibit strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and nurture Member relationships. Must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy. Demonstrate the ability to problem solve (troubleshoot, analyze and resolve situations). Exhibit the ability to communicate in a professional, positive manner. Possess excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. Display strong organizational and planning skills. Must be computer proficient in Microsoft Word and other computer programs, including the PMS system and telephone system functions within 30 days.Qualifications: Experience with travel reservations is a HUGE PLUS! High Volume inbound Call Center experience is required Timeshare reservation experience is preferred Possess the ability to handle a high stress environment.
