A company is looking for a Call Center Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and ensure high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with implementation teams and stakeholders to integrate service lines effectively Determine work procedures, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow to meet demands Develop and implement strategic project plans to manage changes in Call Center systems Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience Minimum 3 years of management experience in a healthcare or insurance call center environment Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare or insurance call center environment Strong background in analysis and reporting Proficient in managing customer service through call center technologies and systems
